PESB Navgam Business Expo 2026 – Terms & Conditions for Participants

1. Participation in PESB Navgam Business Expo 2026 is open to Samajjans and if required it will be open to non-Samajjans (outsiders) also, subject to stall availability.
2. Visitor entry is free and open to everyone.
3. 100% stall booking amount must be paid at the time of booking.
4. Each Octonorm Stall will measure approximately 2 m × 2 m (6.5 ft × 6.5 ft). All stalls are of identical size. Stall allotment will be made on a first-come, first-served basis and/or as decided by the Expo Committee.
5. Exhibition timings are 11:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Participants must complete their stall setup by 10:30 a.m. and finish dismantling/packing up by 10:00 p.m.
6. Each stall will be provided with:
   • One table (Height: 2.5 ft, Width: 3 ft, Top: 22 inches)
   • Two chairs
   • Two spotlights
   • One 15 Amp plug point
7. A trial room facility will be available. However, the Samaj will not be responsible for any personal belongings kept therein.
8. Limited assistance for loading and unloading boxes will be available.
9. Participants bringing their own display tables, stands, or fixtures must ensure they are clean, presentable, and properly covered. Wooden tables supplied by outside decorators will not be permitted.
10. Participants may bring S-hooks for hanging display materials and tape for banners. The use of nails, screws, drilling, or any permanent fixing methods is strictly prohibited.
11. Participants are advised to bring their own extension board, if required.
12. A maximum of two (2) persons will be permitted inside a stall at any given time. Participant badges will be issued and must be worn throughout the event.
13. An overnight storage facility will be provided. However, the Samaj shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to stored items. Participants are advised to arrange their own representative for security, if necessary.
14. Drinking water will be available at the venue.
15. Stall bookings are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
16. Food and beverages are not permitted inside the exhibition area.
17. Participants shall be solely responsible for any damage caused to the venue, exhibition infrastructure, or facilities and shall bear the cost of repair or replacement.
18. The Samaj reserves the right to reallocate stalls, modify the exhibition layout, and add or remove aisles/corridors whenever deemed necessary.
19. The Samaj reserves the right to photograph and/or video record any stall, display, or exhibit for promotional, archival, or other official purposes without prior notice or compensation.
20. Rights of admission are reserved.
21. The decisions of the Expo Sub-Committee, Managing Committee, or Organising Team on all matters relating to the exhibition shall be final, binding, and not subject to dispute.
